The house is 1702 ft.² 3 bedroom 2 bath on creek front property, and conveniently located to Hwy 44, and the McConnell Foundation, with 8 miles of walking trails, in a very pleasant and safer neighborhood. It's 1 mile east of Win-Co and within a 1.5 to 2 mile radius to Shasta Mall, Dana and Hilltop Stores, Restaurant's, Movie Theaters, Trader Joe's, etc. For Students, I'm about 3 miles to Simpson College, 4 miles to Bethel, and 5 mi to Shasta College. For Medical workers, I’m 3.9 miles to Shasta Regional Hospital, 5 miles to Mercy Medical Center, 7.6 miles to Redding Airport, and 5.4 miles to Benton Airport. This is a house of relaxation and moderation, that will be shared with me, a 64yr old woman, my small dog, and 55 yr old female renter who works night shifts. I’m a massage therapist and work out of my home in my Master suite between the standard hours of 10am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday. However, business is slow so I have anywhere from 2 to 8 clients a week. You will share the main bathroom, which has a skylight, and a 3 way medicine cabinet with lots of storage space, you will need to supply your own towels, extra bedding, laundry soap, and Contribute to the toilet paper, if renting monthly and I will supply 4 rolls of toilet paper per month when being shared.
