Room Available in a Chill, Nature-Loving Home (M/F Welcome) Hi there! We’re looking to add a third housemate to our peaceful and grounded 4 bed / 3 bath home, surrounded by trees, garden beds, and wildlife—yet still just about 20 minutes from the city (depending on traffic). Hiking trails are everywhere, and we’ve got killer sunset views from the living room and decks. The house is shared with two adult males and a part-time kiddo (here Mon–Thurs mornings). He’s a sweet, thoughtful little guy who brings a lot of good energy and reminds us of the important things in life. Weekends tend to be relaxed. One roommate works a lot and is a mellow homebody (420 friendly), the kind of guy you can count on to fix anything. I’m usually running around with work, my son, sports practices, school, gardening, and cooking—I like to stay active. We also share the space with a loyal, protective female dog and a lazy cat who mostly stays out of sight. They’re still figuring each other out, but it’s a peaceful vibe overall. The room is private, with shared access to common areas and bathrooms (there are 3). Plenty of street parking. We’ve got a hot tub, tons of garden space to grow your own food, and a big backyard with city views. Looking for someone kind, balanced, and respectful to join the home. Utilities are split.
