Hey! I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at Knapp's Corner Flats. I just moved in last month and so far I love it here! The apartments are some of the nicest around Grand Rapids. They've got a pool and hot tub, multiple outdoor grilling areas, a dog park, a gym, free parking (garages are available but extra), in-unit laundry, among plenty of other nice things. The location is also super convenient and safe, with tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Your half of the rent will be $1025, and insurance, utilities and internet typically will run another hundred or so per month. Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions!
