Familiar in using Google to trouble-shoot problems. Enjoy online researching solutions for questions that come up in maintaining a household today. Accounting for a household, bill paying and tracking reflecting good focus and care. Trouble shooting shipping and billing problems. Willing to resort to direct phone contact when necessary to save time and get best result Other assists include: watering landscaping; small gardening projects; to-do level fixit skills that may require an electric sander or drill, hammer, screwdriver; ability to lift 50 lbs and climb a 6’ ladder; hosing/cleaning second car. Hiring of personnel for specific repair or gardening jobs. Being clear and able to communicate our specific expectations and to monitoring progress to completion.
