Small painting company seeks part-time house cleaner. Many of our projects need cleaning prior to painting. Cabinets, shelves, baseboards, etc. And many of our projects need cleaning at the end. There are also projects that have additional cleaning of windows and floors and other areas. And there is plenty of opportunity to add hours by including prep work like sanding walls and such. A versatile helper will also be able to add small painting projects too. Maybe just painting a bathroom. Nothing too large or complicated. No ladder work above a few steps would be required. We are a small company looking for good people. Cleaning experience is preferred. And so is transportation. Pay is flexible based on experience and work ethic. This is a 1099 opportunity.

Excavator operators needed for Water Treatment plants We are looking for an Excavator operator that has experience excavating for a pipe crew installing large diameter pressure and gravity pipe systems.  This position requires safely excavating around people and existing live utilities on active water/wastewater treatment plants. A successful candidate is able to excavate with precision, properly slope and/or bench the excavation walls, pull a smooth grade 2’’ at time, place pipe bedding, and be capable of hoisting pipe and fittings in and out of an excavation. All work will be around people and other equipment. A successful candidate will also have experience assembling, installing, and working inside of trench boxes or other shoring systems. Experience in groundwater management and excavating in wet conditions is a plus. You must have some certifications or be able to be tested and certified.
