Job Summary Fidelity Funding, a nationwide Direct Lender & Broker located in the San Gabriel Valley, is seeking In-House Loan Officers to join our team. This role offers a hourly wage plus commission, giving you both financial stability and unlimited earning potential. As an In-House Loan Officer, you will work with company-provided leads and your own referrals to originate mortgage loans for purchase and refinance transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong telemarketing and sales experience, with the ability to convert leads into successful closings. Fidelity Funding offers one of the broadest product selections in the industry, including FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, Foreign National, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other traditional and non-traditional loan programs. With approvals from multiple correspondent lenders, you will have the tools and flexibility to serve a wide variety of clients. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement – Build rapport with borrowers and deliver excellent customer service. Telemarketing & Sales – Conduct outbound calls, manage inbound leads, and convert opportunities into loans. Loan Origination – Assess borrower needs, recommend products, and structure loans appropriately. Documentation – Collect borrower paperwork and prepare complete, paperless loan packages. Collaboration – Partner with processors, underwriters, and management to ensure smooth closings. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience required. At least 1 year in mortgage origination, financial services, or a related sales role preferred. Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting, and credit analysis. Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills. Experience with loan origination software a plus. Education & Licensing High School Diploma or equivalent required. Active state license through NMLS (minimum one approved state). Compensation & Schedule Compensation: Hourly Base Pay plus Commission. Our patient is ambulatory with a walker, is alert and orientated and very conversational. He is also continent with disposables. A really lovely man. The assignment is long term and you must be willing to drive him around to appointments and activities. The schedule is flexible for now, and will eventually lead to more hours and days.
