For this position you MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish) driver with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to join our team! Do not apply if you do not speak fluently both ENGLISH & SPANISH. You will use both languages extensively in this position throughout your shift. Responsibilities Include: ✔Managing the movement and tracking of trucks and trailers within the yard ✔Ensure timely andaccurate release of outbound trucks. ✔Observe & guide seamless flow of operations (pickup-delivery) at Customer distribution yard. ✔Local deliveries & staging trailers at customer facilities ✔ Organizing the yard and ensuring efficient operations ✔ Training and mentoring drivers on Customer & DOT safety standards ✔ Collaborating with multiple departments to support operations What We’re Looking For: ✅ Operationally Experienced CDL Class A Driver with strong Communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
