$600 / 120ft2 - Private quiet office space in the Healing Hive (Nevada City)

We have an office space available for rent in The Healing Hive - Suite B2 Available October 1st! The room is 10' x 12', private and lockable with vinyl flooring. There are no windows. We share the bathroom and reception area, which is full of gorgeous plants and a tea/water station. There is also room on the front window for your business name if you wish to have street visibility. There are two white noise machines and an air purifier in the hallway to buffer sound. We hope to find someone to add their own special touch to the alchemy that we have created here. The office currently has massage therapists as well as acupuncturists, so we like to keep it quiet for those receiving sessions in the space to be able to relax. We have awesome neighbors (right next to The Sunroom, Levity Resource Market and Bee Well Chiropractic!) and a great vibe on our block. What I do as the landlord: I have decorated the common areas - the front reception, hallway and bathroom. It’s gorgeous!! LOTS of plants, natural lighting, beautiful furnishings, art. I make sure the teas are stocked, the water is filled, pay the cleaner to come once per week, keep the supplies stocked in the back closet - TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, working vacuum, etc. and we grab the dirty hand towels from the bin once per week and bring them home to wash them - tenants usually change them out once a day. I am always accessible and quickly accommodate needs to keep you and your clients happy! If you are interested in renting, please send me an email. The rent is $600/month (same for deposit to move in), plus equal split of garbage, PGE and Comcast, which is usually $40-$100/month total (can be a little higher in peak cold/heat). We are open to people sharing the space and splitting days of the week if you can find someone to share with!
