Key Responsibilities: Maintain, and repair rooftop HVAC units Install heat pumps in room ceilings and ensure proper operation Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently and safely

Master Automotive Technician What temperament and experience requirements we need: • Ability to work safely by yourself and with others • 5+ years in relative mechanical field • A great attitude • Must have complete set of tools • Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch • With stand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise • Powerstroke, Duramax, Cummins experience • Strong drivability/electrical diagnostic skills • Knowledge of the methods, practices, materials and tools of the automotive mechanic trade • Knowledge of the operating and repair characteristics of a variety of heavy and light duty equipment • Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems • Knowledge of the principals of internal combustion diesel and gas engines • Ability to use tools and equipment common to the mechanic trade • Ability to evaluate cause of equipment failures in both heavy and automotive equipment • Ability to comprehend and research technical information provided by paper manuals and electronic online repair manuals • Ability to use and understand computer programs as assigned.
