Handyman Helper/assistant needed. This helper must have remodeling experience for at least the last 5 years, and this order of skills and experience: - Must know how to hang sheetrock and apply compound. -Basic english is required -Must know how to measure and cut with tools. -Must have transportation -Must live within 10 miles of jobsite. Miami Lakes meeting point to go to the worksites. -The person must be in good physical condition to be able to climb into attics, work on roofs, and replace plumbing under sinks.
