We are looking for a handyman or skilled DIY worker in the Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas to handle some work on foreclosed homes. This individual should be a quick learner and/or have a team to complete some of the following types of work: Rekey (changing locks) Winterization (removing all water from the home) Trashouts (removing all trash from the home) Minor Repairs (drywall, paint, cabinets, doors, toilets, etc) Snow Removal Lawn Mowing Cleanings Having your own equipment and a trailer/truck would be a plus. Dependable transportation is a must. This will be pretty consistent work over the next couple of years within a 20-50 mile radius and STARTS NOW.
