This role includes: snow removal & light grounds keeping. Knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry & light electrical. Painting drywall repairs. Completing work orders in a timely manner. Preparing apartments for turnover. Assisting with the pool in the summer. Rotating on-call for after hour & emergency calls. 8 hour day shift.
