Maintenance Worker/Warehouse/Driver (rohnert pk / cotati)

We are a family owned and operated grain-pulse cleaning facility looking for warehouse team members with great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment and/or independently. Position: Full-Time 40 hours/week, plus occasional overtime. Shift hours have potential to be flexible but are usually between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Compensation: $16.66/hr. rate with no experience. Compensation is based on job performance. Performance, raises and promotions are available. Benefits: After 90 day probation period the following benefits are available: Medical, Dental, Vision, may use accrued sick leave, Life Flight and 401K retirement plans. Daily Job Duties/Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Timely attendance and begin working at the start of scheduled shift. Communicate and coordinate with other employees prior to start of shift. Operate processing and/or packaging machinery, follow quality control measures for all product(s), sew product bags shut, organizing, accurate labeling of product(s), shipping & receiving, complete all documentation/paperwork before end of shift each day. Candidates should have: - Warehouse experience preferred or be trainable. - Experience in a fast paced production environment preferred or be trainable. - Forklift Certificate or be trainable. - Possess good organizational skills. - Be detail oriented. - Must work efficiently. - Self-Discipline: Able to follow directions, receive input and, be a self-starter. - Use good and clear communication skills between team members and management. - Be able to adapt to changing workloads. - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. - Prior grain or legume processing experience may be required for "Processing Position". We have a delivery route available in rural Latah County. For a 2-3 hour time investment each morning, you can take back what inflation is slicing out of your budget. The route pays $1,950 per month. Income is direct deposited by the 5th and the 20th of each month. The deliveries include dropping mail sacks at specified post offices and filling our coin operated newspaper vending machines on the route. There are no deliveries to homes or individuals. The mail sacks and papers are picked up at our drop location in Moscow at approximately 2am. Deliveries are then made to Potlatch, Deary, Bovill, Kendrick, Juliaetta and Troy. These are contracted deliveries and contractor bears the expense of delivery. It is highly recommended that you have an economical vehicle as a daily driver and, if needed, a vehicle for wintery weather. Deliveries are made 6-days per week.
