We are looking for a woman who wants to make a difference in the lives of others and is dependable and loves to learn Looking for help with our developmentally disabled daughter. She is a 36 year old developmentally disabled woman who presents as a young adult and who lives with her parents. Duties include: help her to volunteer in the community, take her to her to gym (a coach helps to work her out, but you're there to supervise), do art with her, walk her dog in our neighborhood with her, listen to music, make new friends, and help her make her way in the community. She is outgoing and fun loving. She does have seizures and other medical issues, but we help extensively with training and Mom works from home, so there is a lot of support for her caregivers. Job Summary: Prepare cylinders according to established procedures. Ensure that cylinders are prepared and ready for maintenance crew as needed. Duties include: • Valve and de-valve cylinders. • Scrap labels to prepare for regular maintenance. • General maintenance of cylinders. • Maintain a safe and clean work area. • Attend Monthly Safety Meetings. Work according to established safety procedures and promote safety with co-workers. Job Summary: Performs routine daily acetylene production and cylinder filling activities. These activities include the operation and monitoring of process equipment, cylinder filling, material handling, and minor equipment maintenance. Follows industry and government guidelines and adhere to all company safety requirements. Duties include:  Perform visual inspection on all cylinders prior to filling.  Weigh all Acetylene cylinders to determine Acetone needs.  Record all residual and stray fulls from cylinders.  Perform hourly plant safety checks.  Refill Carbide hoppers when needed.  Track Carbide usage and inform management when inventory reaches re-order point.  Track Acetone inventory, inform management when inventory reaches re-order point.  Load Lime slurry for disposal.  Recover residual from all “out of test” cylinders prior to sending to re-qualification facility.  Perform PM’s on all associated equipment used for cylinder filling and inspection. As assigned.  Report monthly cylinder totals on approved tracking forms to the production supervisor. Requirements include:  Industry experience such as handling cylinders and/or previous knowledge of gases, Cylinder filling procedures, paperwork and plant operations is preferred.  Able to read and comprehend safety rules and regulations.  Able to operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.  Able to operate a forklift; general knowledge of common hand tools, power tools, and their proper use.  Able to lift/move 70 lbs; able to stand for most of the day, work in outdoor conditions.  Able to work independently.  You must pass drug screen and background check. Salary Range: Expected hiring salary is $23.00/hr - Swing Shift Position. The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position which is $22.00/hr.-$29.50/hr.
