Moderately busy commercial mortgage broker seeking remote assistant to process loan files and make outbound calls to prospects. Must be good on the phone, enjoy talking with people, have strong organizational skills, be a quick learner, and have strong aptitude at math. Primary responsibilities include processing loan files and making outbound calls. For the calls, I will train on the offering, background knowledge, script, and usual questions. For the loan processing, I will train on the loan process and everything involved. There is no commission-based component to this offer. As long as your approach is solid, you don’t have to worry about whether the people you call buy anything. For the loan processing, the compensation isn’t even tied to the number of loan files closed- if you can figure out the job, and do the work the best you can without undue delays or too many mistakes, then it’s all good :) The tasks that I am assigning are ones that I’ve been doing myself for the past two years. My goal is to train someone new, share some of my day-to-day responsibilities, and deliver the same quality results for my customers while keeping up rapport with my lenders and third parties. This is fun part time position that includes a lot of different types of tasks- this is not a complete list, but it includes the most important.... A- TASKS: 1. Office Promotion: you would assemble bags or boxes or giveaway items and deliver to businesses or apartments or other locations 2. Community Events: you would plan for 5k's or holiday events or other community events to meet potential new prospects and giveaway items 3. Office Created Events: you could set up a coffee truck in front of a business or buy an office lunch or create your own community event to spread the word about our office and meet potential new prospects 4.
