Description

Divine Home Health Care is looking for Skilled Nursing (RN/LPN) and CNA care. Job would need someone experienced in caring for a complex medical needs client in their own home. Hours needed are Fri/Sat/Mon day shift, 6 am - 6 pm. Prefer skilled nursing for those hours but will use Certified Nursing Assistant as well. CNA would need to have completed both Nurse Delegation-Core and Nurse Delegation-Diabetes classes to be able to be delegated under the supervision of the RN. RN/LPN duties would include med management, wound care, trach care, other care duties, and supervision of the CNA. RN/LPN would have CNA assistance for 6 hours of the day shift. CNA positions are Fri, Sat, Mon - 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. Tuesday NOC shift - 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. and on-call for nights in general. Wages are competitive, very supportive work environment, assistance with health care premiums, CE contribution, provision of Nurse Delegation classes, if needed, retirement plan, PTO, and flexible scheduling for time off when needed. Certain conditions apply. Thorough orientation is provided. Must have active credentials in the state of Washington for all positions applied for. Must have CPR/FA/food handlers card/current auto insurance with dependable car and be able to pass a drug test and background check.
