What You’ll Do: Execute dishes consistently according to Moon Rabbit’s standards and Chef Tien’s vision. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across your station. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and communication. Participate in prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations with attention to quality and timing. What We’re Looking For: A strong work ethic and genuine love for cooking. 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred (fine dining or high-volume a plus). Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive under pressure. Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn and grow.
