HulaScoops is a gelato, shave ice, and soft serve shop on Ka‛anapali Beach in West Maui. We’re looking for reliable, customer-friendly team members who work fast and clean and know how to make people smile. We offer a respectful culture, competitive hourly pay (plus tips!), benefits for full-time employees, and the chance to grow with us. SCOOPER In our shop, Scoopers make the world go round. They prep, pull whips, make shaves, and paddle gelato like pros. (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) They also work the counter and register, bring supplies from the loading dock, and generally keep things clean and tidy. If you can make people feel welcome, are cool under pressure, and bring good vibes with you wherever you go, you may be just the person we’re looking for. Part-time and full-time positions available. Starting pay is $17/hr plus tips. LEAD SCOOPER Lead Scoopers set the tone for every shift. In addition to Scooper duties, they open and close the shop and make sure we have enough supplies, products, and staff to serve our guests. They also coordinate with the owner/manager to manage staff, customer, and vendor relations.
