About the Role: We’re seeking a reliable and highly organized Inventory Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our material procurement, inventory tracking, and company vehicle fleet. This is a critical position that ensures projects run smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating material deliveries, and keeping our fleet operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Materials Management: Order roofing materials, accessories, and supplies based on project needs Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and job sites to ensure timeliness Track all incoming and outgoing materials using internal systems Work closely with production and field teams to forecast needs and reduce delays Inventory Control: Maintain organized records of warehouse or storage inventory Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Develop and implement systems for efficient inventory tracking Minimize overstock and avoid shortages through proactive planning Fleet Coordination: Manage scheduling, maintenance, and usage of company vehicles Ensure all vehicles are compliant with DOT or state requirements Schedule inspections, routine servicing, and resolve repair issues Maintain up-to-date logs, mileage tracking, and assignment records Requirements Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or fleet/material management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Familiar with inventory software, spreadsheets, or ERP systems Ability to work independently and problem-solve quickly Clear communication skills with vendors, drivers, and team leads Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally if needed Experience in the construction, roofing, or trades industry a plus Ideal Candidate Is: Highly detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable managing vendors and negotiating timelines Capable of balancing field and office responsibilities Interested in process improvement and operational efficiency Committed to supporting project teams and field crews with what they need to succeed Benefits Benefits: Weekly pay Competitive Salary with growth opportunities 100% Paid Health Insurance PTO Holiday Pay

As a 10-Ton Forklift and Combi-Lift Operator, you'll be the driving force in handling and moving materials efficiently and safely within our Sloan facility. In your role, you will: Material Handling: Operate levers or controls to manipulate lifting devices like forklifts, hoists, or elevating platforms for the purpose of loading, unloading, or transporting materials. Equipment Operation: Safely operate gasoline- or electric-powered forklifts to move materials across various areas including loading docks, processing zones, and storage sectors. Load and Unload: Whether manually or mechanically, load or unload materials from transport vehicles such as pallets, skids, or cars. Secure Transport: Properly position and secure lifting devices to move loaded pallets or boxes safely to their designated locations. Quality Checks: Inspect the load for accuracy and secure transportation throughout the facility to guarantee timely and complete deliveries. Communication: Signal coworkers for the discharge, dumping, or leveling of materials. Data Recording: Weigh materials or products and accurately log weight or other production data.
