You can also catch a glimpse of our luxury interiors on popular platforms like Netflix, Bravo, and CNBC.  Discover our services at vestahome.com ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understand basic handling and protection of furniture Follow SOPs for proper use of wrapping materials Follow SOPs for proper lifting techniques Follow SOPs for proper use of material handling equipment Understanding and use of basic scanner functions involved in moving inventory throughout the warehouse Assist with loading/unloading trucks/containers consisting of boxes/packages of product/supplies Use material handling equipment to load and unload items safely Follow SOPs for proper packing and protection of items Follow SOPs for proper scanning of inventoried items to account for movement within the warehouse, or externally to job site location Assist in projects throughout the warehouse to keep products stored in a clean, organized, and safe manner Assist with quality control of products throughout the distribution process by visually inspecting items for damages and blemishes. Use of Order Picker forklift (after completion of provided training) Understand inventory SKU and S/N designations. Understand proper usage of material handling equipment. Properly uses PPE as needed Capable of performing basic cleaning and minor refurbishing of products There are two schedules available for this position: 1st Shift: 5am-1:30pm, Mon-Fri 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm, Mon-Fri There is an occasional need for additional assistance on Saturday as dictated by business need. We are a precision CNC Machine Shop looking for a motivated Shop Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to learn and grown in the machining trade. Responsibilities: Assist skilled machinists by supplying tools, materials, and parts. Clean machines, equipment, and work areas. Perform routine general maintenance, including lubricating machines. Help lift, position, and move materials and parts. Perform basic assembly and hardware installation (bolts, nuts, etc.). Grind, de-burr, cut, or trim material as needed (saws, grinders, drills). Assist in supervised setups and operate CNC machines at a basic level. Follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Other general shop duties as assigned. Must be available for overtime when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Ability to read and understand safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals). Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working around machinery. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable attendance are a must. We are hiring Class A drivers to make deliveries of live plants from our Fallbrook yard to Arizona, Las Vegas -Utah and Northern California, on a 2 day turn around. These trips are paid at $0.55 cents per mile and $30 per drop plus layover time. We are also hiring Class A drivers for Local deliveries. Local drivers are paid starting at $24.00-$26.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must have at least one year Driving experience and an acceptable DMV record.
