Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, new hire paperwork, training logs, etc.). Support payroll and timekeeping processes, including handling missing punches and schedule adjustments. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance (FMLA, OSHA, ADA, EEOC, etc.). Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Experience with timekeeping/payroll systems preferred. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
