Job Description: We are seeking highly energetic and passionate coaches to lead soccer classes for young children (15 months to 10 years old). Transport and Set Up Equipment: Carry, set up, and break down equipment before and after each class, ensuring the field is organized and safe. Implement Curriculum: Review and follow the Soccer Stars curriculum to ensure structured, goal-oriented, and educational sessions that align with child development benchmarks. Lead Soccer Classes: Deliver high-energy, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for children ages 15 months to 10 years in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Ensure Safety: Supervise children closely, provide individual support as needed, and maintain an inclusive play environment. Communicate with Families and Staff: Interact professionally and positively with parents, caregivers, school staff, and administrators before, during, and after classes. Collaborate with Management Team: Share feedback, attendance updates, and any relevant class information with the office staff to support program quality and consistency. Model Professionalism: Serve as a positive role model for children and families by demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and professionalism in all interactions. Requirements Must be available for weekend mornings (8:30 AM – 12 PM). Willingness to travel to different school/park locations across the city of Chicago. Car is required for travel to different locations. Prior experience working with children is required. Prior soccer experience NOT necessary. A dynamic personality: You must be able to connect with children and lead an exciting and engaging class. Punctual and dependable: Expected to arrive 15 minutes before class start time (paid time) to set up and prepare. Must meet company background check requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing behavior modification plans, implementing therapeutic strategies, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.
