This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, leading on project management, and maintaining organized systems that allow the team to focus on advancing the mission. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play a vital role in keeping operations efficient and professional. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative & Scheduling Support - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external appointments. - Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track follow-up actions. - Schedule and host monthly team meetings. 2. Digital Organization & Document Management - Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, reports, and key documents. - Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for board meetings, funders, and key projects. - Support coordination of organizational events, including logistics, supplies, and communications. 3. We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our growing catering business. This role requires hands-on experience preparing sushi and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. If you do not have previous experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Sous Chef, please do not apply.
