Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with email marketing systems and CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the commercial property industry (asphalt, roofing, or concrete) is an advantage but not required. Must be able to work in our Lakewood office. Must be able to pass a background check. Some flexibility depending on candidate circumstances. Comfortable working within a small business and have flexibility around process and procedure as we evolve and grow. What We Offer Competitive base wage with performance-based incentives. $20/hr +$150 for each appointment that completes + 2.5% on each deal that the work is completed.
