You'll be responsible for assessing each site, securely mounting TVs on a variety of outdoor surfaces, and ensuring that all wiring is concealed and the job is completed cleanly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Mount outdoor/weatherproof TVs on a variety of surfaces including concrete, brick, stucco, siding, and drywall Drill with precision to ensure safe, secure installation without damage to client property Assess mounting surfaces and identify studs, anchors, and bracket placement Provide professional cable concealment solutions: In-wall cable routing Surface-mounted cable covers External wiring managed neatly and discreetly Ensure the final setup is aligned, level, and clean Troubleshoot basic A/V or connection issues as needed Clean the workspace thoroughly before leaving Use a second technician for larger or heavy-duty installations when necessary Deliver exceptional customer service and confirm satisfaction before closing the job Requirements Experience with outdoor TV mounting (preferred) or strong residential mounting background Proficiency with tools and hardware required for mounting: Drill, stud finder, level, anchors, ladder, mounting brackets Must own and bring your own tools to every job Ability to drill safely into concrete, brick, and stucco Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Physically capable of lifting and mounting TVs up to 100 lbs (can bring a helper if needed) Strong attention to detail and a clean work style Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Excellent customer service and communication skills Benefits Flat rate starting at $100 per installation (adjusted if helper is involved) Mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles (one way) Job-specific expenses covered when approved Flexible, on-demand scheduling—you pick which jobs to take Partner with a nationally recognized brand with ongoing job offers Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician
The Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of lift equipment and fleet vehicles at the Snow Bowl and Rikert Nordic Center by conducting thorough maintenance, adhering to industry standards, and providing ongoing training to staff. They play a critical role in maintaining guest and staff safety while promoting a positive experience.  This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $24.47 - $30.59 per hour. It is a year-round position. Core Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of maintenance on all lift equipment following ANSI B-77.1 codes, manufacturers requirements, federal and state requirements, and Insurance requirements, including reference to technical equipment manuals to ensure proper procedures are followed and proper settings are maintained.  Dismantle/test/replace/assemble equipment to examine and replace parts for defect or to identify and correct malfunctions.  Perform daily pre- operational tests and inspections of lift equipment including accurate daily checks of all machinery, engines, motors, coupling/uncoupling points and other critical areas. Notify Manager/General Manager of any condition or occurrence that may adversely affect the safe operation or experience of staff and/or guests.  Offer continual training and assistance of standard operational and safety practices to the lift attendants and operators on all lifts.  Perform fleet vehicle maintenance and repair including, but not limited to, trucks, snowcats, 4x4’s, and snowmobiles.  Complete and maintain all required maintenance logs and records.  Plan and develop with Manager lift inspections, equipment/vehicle replacement schedules, and any other major items impacting the budget.  Perform other related activities as necessary, including but not limited to, snow removal, construction projects, and trail mowing.  Requirements Welder certification and Journeyman Electrician’s license or equivalent preferred  5 years previous experience or equivalent in ski area maintenance  Prior lift maintenance (mechanical and electrical) experience  Must have or be able to obtain a valid US driver’s license  Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, and occasional overtime  Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding outdoor environment, including exposure to cold temperatures, snow, and inclement weather conditions.  Must be able to stand, walk, and move around on uneven terrain for extended periods.  Must be able to work efficiently at heights  Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds  Other: An offer for this position is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and references. Composite Lead Tech (PIC)
To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. The composites season is short: RCL values its composite techs and will utilize our desiring talent on non-composites jobs in the off season, if the employee would rather keep working.  We prefer not to bench our talent; however, off-season work is NOT required: if the employee enjoys a few months off in the winter, they can take advantage of the traditional down time in the industry. Compensation ranging from $35- $45 per hour. Requirements Travel 100% of the time, which may include composite part fabrication at our main shop. Prioritize a safe work environment. This includes leading a daily "Plan of the Day" (POD) meeting with the crew and clearly establishing an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) before starting work. Safety is the top priority at RCL. Work at heights for external repairs or in confined spaces for internal repairs. You must be able to execute repairs confidently in extreme heights and restricted spaces. Maintain trailer inventory and order consumables in a timely manner: The lead must stay ahead of material needs to successfully keep projects moving forward. Communication with site representatives and project managers about project status in a timely manner. Must be able to lead, motivate, and upskill reporting team members. Must be able to competently use a grinder to scarf fiberglass layers and visually identify ply layers/ types of fiberglass. Properly setting up 360 Platforms and 2M Baskets, including daily Platform and Rigging Inspections.     Ability to perform quality composite repairs following RCLs standards and/or written work instructions.  Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a ¾ ton truck while towing a trailer. Good foundational knowledge of safe working practices and PPE for composite repair work. Must align with RCL’s Safety and Quality Culture. Self-motivated with a high level of integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills and Abilities Education: High School Graduate, GED, or relevant technical school Experience: 4+ years of composite repair experience. Required Language: English: multilingual skills are a plus. Certificates & Licenses: GWO, OSHA 10, BST, ART, CoHe, and BTT: RCL’s GWO-certified training department issues all necessary certificates annually.
