Job Summary: We are currently looking for experienced RV Technician(s). The ideal candidate will diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Examine, troubleshoot and diagnose units needing repair and maintenance. Do all repairs, and install parts, the trailer must be 100% complete. Perform pre-delivery inspections, reading and writing repair orders. Troubleshoot, repair and conduct maintenance on propane gas and electric appliances. Repairs to fiberglass, body and structural components. Install, repair, replace and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets, counters, plumbing systems, electrical systems, propane gas systems, batteries and charging systems. Use manuals, catalogues and internet websites to conduct repairs on parts or components. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualified candidate will have the following: Minimum of 1-year experience in the RV, automotive or carpentry industry with an emphasis on repairs and installations is desired. Hands on experience in construction/carpentry. Experience with hitch work and brake controls. Must be able to work outside or in an un-climate controlled environment. Good hand-eye coordination. Attention to detail. Electrical experience. Ability to understand and communicate information. Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools. Willing to work weekends as needed. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Boiler Room Tech to join our facilities team. This role is primarily responsible for the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of boiler systems, steam rooms, and related utilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial boiler systems, steam generation equipment, and a solid understanding of utilities engineering principles. This position is during our 2nd Shift from 5PM-1:30AM Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain high- and low-pressure boiler systems and steam room equipment. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system performance. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent utilities support. Maintain logs, records, and documentation for compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to support production needs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies as applicable. Assist with utility upgrades, system installations, and equipment modifications as needed. Respond to emergencies and support after-hours operations as required. Requirements High School Diploma or GED (required). Proven experience working with boiler systems and steam room equipment (minimum 2 years preferred). Knowledge of utilities engineering principles, including steam, water, and compressed air systems. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to boiler operations. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills for logging maintenance data and communicating with the team. Physical ability to lift equipment and perform maintenance in various environments. Boiler Operator License or certification (Blue Seal). Working Conditions Exposure to heat, steam, noise, and industrial equipment. May require standing, climbing, and lifting for extended periods. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, if necessary.
