We are currently seeking skilled Fire Alarm Inspector to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire protection systems with minimal supervision This role requires regular face-to-face interaction with customers in locations like hospitals, nursing homes, k-12 education, colleges, restaurants, military installations, government buildings, commercial buildings and multi-family residential properties. Contact with members of the public may also occur with varying frequency depending on the type of facility where inspections are performed. Excellent verbal communication skills required to work with customers, technicians, sales personnel, and managers. Work independently, as well as, with other team members. Diagnose and evaluate systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections Properly document all inspections and other information needed to perform repairs Provide detailed reports and recommended corrective actions to the customer Must possess or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses. Work includes climbing ladders, climbing stairs, lifting at least 50lbs, walking long distances to reach all areas of buildings where inspections must be performed. Who you are: A Field Service Technician I is responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining Semios devices on customer sites in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and device data is accurately captured. Position Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Performs installations and repairs that require a proficient level of technical and mechanical skills Install network equipment including Semios dispensers, insect camera traps, weather stations, network gateways, leaf wetness sensors, and soil moisture monitoring sensors Regularly service and replace lures and liners on Semios traps and perform equipment maintenance to ensure traps are functioning properly Provide maintenance on gateways, repeaters, weather stations, applied water stations, and SCD’s ○ Assist with automation-related projects Communicate with tech support regarding maintenance issues Ensure all Department of Transportation requirements are met, including daily vehicle inspections on required vehicles Work with Site Docs, ERP, Intercomm, and other applications Communicate with customers regarding device installation locations to ensure satisfaction. Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician
The Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of lift equipment and fleet vehicles at the Snow Bowl and Rikert Nordic Center by conducting thorough maintenance, adhering to industry standards, and providing ongoing training to staff. They play a critical role in maintaining guest and staff safety while promoting a positive experience.  This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $24.47 - $30.59 per hour. It is a year-round position. Core Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of maintenance on all lift equipment following ANSI B-77.1 codes, manufacturers requirements, federal and state requirements, and Insurance requirements, including reference to technical equipment manuals to ensure proper procedures are followed and proper settings are maintained.  Dismantle/test/replace/assemble equipment to examine and replace parts for defect or to identify and correct malfunctions.  Perform daily pre- operational tests and inspections of lift equipment including accurate daily checks of all machinery, engines, motors, coupling/uncoupling points and other critical areas. Notify Manager/General Manager of any condition or occurrence that may adversely affect the safe operation or experience of staff and/or guests.  Offer continual training and assistance of standard operational and safety practices to the lift attendants and operators on all lifts.  Perform fleet vehicle maintenance and repair including, but not limited to, trucks, snowcats, 4x4’s, and snowmobiles.  Complete and maintain all required maintenance logs and records.  Plan and develop with Manager lift inspections, equipment/vehicle replacement schedules, and any other major items impacting the budget.  Perform other related activities as necessary, including but not limited to, snow removal, construction projects, and trail mowing.  Requirements Welder certification and Journeyman Electrician’s license or equivalent preferred  5 years previous experience or equivalent in ski area maintenance  Prior lift maintenance (mechanical and electrical) experience  Must have or be able to obtain a valid US driver’s license  Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, and occasional overtime  Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding outdoor environment, including exposure to cold temperatures, snow, and inclement weather conditions.  Must be able to stand, walk, and move around on uneven terrain for extended periods.  Must be able to work efficiently at heights  Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds  Other: An offer for this position is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and references.
