We’re growing rapidly and have a great opportunity for a Digitization Technician. The Digitization Technician reports to and is supervised by the Director of Digital Services. This position is located in Duluth, GA (just north of Atlanta). Responsibilities Work within a multi-faceted operation providing QC, client request fulfillment, and support for a dynamic team that includes Archivists, Digital Coordinators and Client Services representatives Ensure clients expectations are met, as well as, account for overall image quality Organize scan material for ease and efficiency of use Coordinate material in chronological order, as well as, remove staples, unfold documents, and other various tasks as needed Operate various types of scanning equipment Maintain scanning 1,000+ documents per workday or adhere to the expected number of scans per hour based on the equipment being used Provide quality scans appropriately cropped and de-skewed Conduct Quality Control of scanned content for accuracy and optimum quality Support research requests as needed Assist with archival staff as needed Sustain other duties as assigned based on operational/project/business need Requirements Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to excel in a deadline-oriented, dynamic, fluid environment that values creative problem solving, ownership, and collaborative teamwork Experience with both Windows and Macintosh computer platforms (preferred) Basic knowledge of Microsoft such as Excel Ability to work within customized data asset management systems Required Competencies Client Orientation Company Orientation Attention to Detail Workmanship Integrity Initiative Flexible Behavior Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources Heritage Werks is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician
The Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of lift equipment and fleet vehicles at the Snow Bowl and Rikert Nordic Center by conducting thorough maintenance, adhering to industry standards, and providing ongoing training to staff. They play a critical role in maintaining guest and staff safety while promoting a positive experience.  This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $24.47 - $30.59 per hour. It is a year-round position. Core Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of maintenance on all lift equipment following ANSI B-77.1 codes, manufacturers requirements, federal and state requirements, and Insurance requirements, including reference to technical equipment manuals to ensure proper procedures are followed and proper settings are maintained.  Dismantle/test/replace/assemble equipment to examine and replace parts for defect or to identify and correct malfunctions.  Perform daily pre- operational tests and inspections of lift equipment including accurate daily checks of all machinery, engines, motors, coupling/uncoupling points and other critical areas. Notify Manager/General Manager of any condition or occurrence that may adversely affect the safe operation or experience of staff and/or guests.  Offer continual training and assistance of standard operational and safety practices to the lift attendants and operators on all lifts.  Perform fleet vehicle maintenance and repair including, but not limited to, trucks, snowcats, 4x4’s, and snowmobiles.  Complete and maintain all required maintenance logs and records.  Plan and develop with Manager lift inspections, equipment/vehicle replacement schedules, and any other major items impacting the budget.  Perform other related activities as necessary, including but not limited to, snow removal, construction projects, and trail mowing.  Requirements Welder certification and Journeyman Electrician’s license or equivalent preferred  5 years previous experience or equivalent in ski area maintenance  Prior lift maintenance (mechanical and electrical) experience  Must have or be able to obtain a valid US driver’s license  Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, and occasional overtime  Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding outdoor environment, including exposure to cold temperatures, snow, and inclement weather conditions.  Must be able to stand, walk, and move around on uneven terrain for extended periods.  Must be able to work efficiently at heights  Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds  Other: An offer for this position is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and references. Composite Lead Tech (PIC)
To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. The composites season is short: RCL values its composite techs and will utilize our desiring talent on non-composites jobs in the off season, if the employee would rather keep working.  We prefer not to bench our talent; however, off-season work is NOT required: if the employee enjoys a few months off in the winter, they can take advantage of the traditional down time in the industry. Compensation ranging from $35- $45 per hour. Requirements Travel 100% of the time, which may include composite part fabrication at our main shop. Prioritize a safe work environment. This includes leading a daily "Plan of the Day" (POD) meeting with the crew and clearly establishing an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) before starting work. Safety is the top priority at RCL. Work at heights for external repairs or in confined spaces for internal repairs. You must be able to execute repairs confidently in extreme heights and restricted spaces. Maintain trailer inventory and order consumables in a timely manner: The lead must stay ahead of material needs to successfully keep projects moving forward. Communication with site representatives and project managers about project status in a timely manner. Must be able to lead, motivate, and upskill reporting team members. Must be able to competently use a grinder to scarf fiberglass layers and visually identify ply layers/ types of fiberglass. Properly setting up 360 Platforms and 2M Baskets, including daily Platform and Rigging Inspections.     Ability to perform quality composite repairs following RCLs standards and/or written work instructions.  Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a ¾ ton truck while towing a trailer. Good foundational knowledge of safe working practices and PPE for composite repair work. Must align with RCL’s Safety and Quality Culture. Self-motivated with a high level of integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills and Abilities Education: High School Graduate, GED, or relevant technical school Experience: 4+ years of composite repair experience. Required Language: English: multilingual skills are a plus.
