Chevy Tahoe PPV - $7,999 (Glendale)

A fully "civilianized" former police unit. The additions to turn this from a police car to a civilian unit are to numerous to list. Pictures will give you an idea. If your looking for a PPV that still looks like a PPV, this ain't it. For those unfamiliar with factory upgrades on a PPV here are a few: high-output alternator; heavy-duty suspension package; high-capacity cooling system; calibrated transmission shift points (for pursuit performance); enhanced brakes(upgraded pads and rotors for high-speed stopping; rear-wheel drive; battery drain protection (automatic shut off power consuming system; auxiliary battery package. There's more, but you get the idea. In fact, the manufacturer's special manual regarding this is in the glove box, along with the owners manual. There are indications that this unit was a supervisors, and not used in everyday street patrol. The back seat, specifically. Also, PPV's do not have a third row of seating, but it could be installed if you saw fit to do so. There is a crack in the windshield, the tires are ok and a small dent on front, left side near head light (the last pic shows it). There is some minor paint chipping in various spots. The tire pressure system needs attention, the parts, TPMS sensors, a set of 4, cost about $25 and should be installed when tires are replaced.
