The SSR is like brand new with only 3,300 miles and was built on a modified version of the GMT360 platform shared with the contemporary TrailBlazer SUV, and its styling was inspired by the Chevrolet Advance Design family of trucks. This example is finished in Smokin’ Asphalt with a color-matched hard shell tonneau cover and a power-retractable convertible hardtop. Additional equipment includes flush-mounted halogen headlights bisected by a satin-finished chevron bar as well as flush-mounted taillights, power-operated heated side mirrors, integrated satin chrome running boards, and dual polished exhaust tips. The carpeted cargo bed is accented with wood strips and features integrated side-saddle cargo area storage. Photos of paint meter readings are provided in the gallery below. Silver-finished 19″ front and 20″ rear five-spoke cast-aluminum wheels are mounted with 255/45 front and 295/40 rear Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires. The SSR was equipped from the factory with a ZQ8 sport suspension featuring an independent front and five-link solid-axle rear setup with front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. The twin heated and power-adjustable high-back bucket seats are upholstered in Ebony leather complemented by satin chrome trim. Amenities include a color-keyed waterfall console as well as a CD stereo, air conditioning, and cruise control. The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames SSR-branded instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. Auxiliary gauges for voltage, fuel consumption, and transmission temperature are mounted below the center console and feature satin silver-finished bezels. The digital odometer indicates 3,300 miles. The 5.3-liter Vortec 5300 V8 wears an SSR-branded engine cover and was factory rated at 300 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in March 2024. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential.
