Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Security Shift Supervisor position provides direct supervision and leadership for the security officers/staff on duty for all shift(s) and ensures the safety of owners, residents, guests, tenants, and employees and ensures that the day-to-day operations, policies, and procedures are adhered to under the supervision of AOAO Management. Preserve the quiet and safe enjoyment for residents, guests, owners, and staff. Follow standards, policies & procedures and ensure implementation.
