Inspect parts for damage or wear and report findings to the supervisor. Clean transmission parts thoroughly using various cleaning tools and equipment. Remove contaminants such as oil, grease, and dirt to ensure parts are ready for the next stages of manufacturing. Operate automated part washer machinery to efficiently clean transmission components. Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to achieve optimal cleaning results. Inspect cleaned parts for any remaining contaminants or imperfections. Ensure all parts meet quality standards before transferring them to be painted. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to part washing and manufacturing processes. Other duties as assigned.
