Requirements of a Construction - Apprentice Installer: 1+ years of experience in general construction. Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices. Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently. Ability to interact professionally with customers. For insurance purposes Apprentice Installers must be able to pass a DMV check. The Quality Inspector - Operations ensures compliance with established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include conducting inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and final product verification. The inspector is also tasked with maintaining accurate records, identifying non-conformities, and assisting in corrective action processes. Requirements Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with technical training in quality assurance or related fields preferred. 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies, including familiarity with ISO, FDA, or other relevant standards. Ability to use measuring tools and test equipment effectively. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to inspecting products. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with cross-functional teams. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and quality standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations and quality processes. Coordinate labor resources to meet productivity and accuracy goals across multiple clients/accounts. Process & Compliance： Implement and enforce SOPs for freight handling, barcode scanning, cross-docking, and quality control. Lead team training on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and system usage to ensure consistent execution. Collaborate regularly with other departments to maintain alignment across operations and service standards. Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and reinforcing warehouse safety policies and best practices. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for an extended period Travel This position is not remote or a hybrid position Travel is not required.
