Professional communication with drivers, vendors, customers, and management. Process driver assistance and operation team requests with timely follow through. Utilize TMW for the entry and dispatch load information. Utilize PeopleNet to track and monitor drivers. Maintain a positive team environment.   This position will reconcile subcontractor/vendor invoices that do not match budgeted purchase orders and will maintain monthly statements of outstanding invoices with subcontractors/vendors. This individual will work closely with Purchasing Agents, Project Managers, Accounts Payable personnel, Estimators, Subcontractors/Vendors, and other departments as needed. This individual will also participate in department-wide projects and provide general support as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review, analyze, reconcile, and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices. Coordinate these activities as appropriate with various departments.  Correspond with subcontractors/vendors and review monthly statements to ensure accurate account status. Ensure vendors provide invoice information, account status, or documentation in a timely manner.  Periodically assist Accounts Payable for approving invoices. Assist construction personnel in complying with Purchasing Department procedures. Perform miscellaneous Purchasing Department activities such as analyzing, pricing, and researching various projects as well as miscellaneous backup functions (i.e., bid input, phone backup, etc.). From time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraints. Other duties may be assigned. This role is pivotal in ensuring that quality issues are addressed effectively and transparently, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. The CAPA Manager will not own the CAPA actions themselves but will be responsible for overseeing the CAPA process runs in a manner that is compliant with ISO 13485 and associated regulations, ensuring timely and effective execution by CAPA owners, and reporting progress and effectiveness to senior management. Listed below are the major responsibilities of the role and a brief description of some of the key tasks to be performed. This list is not totally exhaustive.
