Class A Drivers with experience or drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will be running OTR making deliveries in 48’-53’ flatbed trailers on a  dedicated power lane coast to coast.  Great earning potential of over $1300. Job Details Dedicated power lanes.  Laredo, TX to Gaffney, SC.  Gaffney, SC to Indiana.  Indiana to Texas. Texas to Portland, OR.  Oregon to SoCal.  SoCal back out east.  48’ to 53’ Flatbed Trailers Home every 2 to 3 weeks with at least a 34-hour reset. Orientation at closest terminal (Laredo, TX, Greer, SC, Gary, IN) The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Average miles a week is 2500. Requirements Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours. Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Cannot have been terminated from last job. No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years – safety to review all criminal history. Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years maximum.  Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Benefits $1300+ average weekly pay .48 - .61 per mile based on experience. $65 tarping pay. $140 securement training per day. Training is 1 week on-site at the terminal. Trainee pay $650/week for 4-6 weeks (if under 6 months experience) Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

We are a medium size trucking company and we decided to add couple of more trucks so here is an opportunity to join our company and stay in our work family for many many years to come. All the drivers working with us right now have been with us for the last 5-7 years so there is a big potential for a long-term work collaboration together. We have shorter or longer weekly lanes, depending on what’s more important for you: the home time or the money that you make. Our trucks are 2023/24 Freightliner Cascadia (Fridge & Convertor installed) and 2022/23 Utility trailers – great equipment leased from Ryder so you will be headaches free but if somehow the truck will break down, you will not be stuck on the road for days because we get a replacement right the way, no matter where you at. We have a Prepass for tolls and DOT scales, our safety score is very good and we will keep it this way so you get a green light at every scale.
