Hello everyone, our company Patriot Cleaning is looking to hire long term appointment setters. We are a commercial cleaning business in South Florida and we specialize in cleaning high end establishments. Whether you live locally or around the country you can do this job as it is 100% WFH (Work from home) and only requires a computer/tablet and a phone.
Responsibilities: You will be calling businesses, bowling alleys, movie theaters, country clubs, night clubs, lounges, and bars (leads are provided) and booking appointments for our company representative to appear in person to offer our services.
At the end of the day you will send them to your upline via email. That is all there is to it. Expected learning curve is roughly 2-3 working days at most. It's very simple.
While working from home you can work any time of the day you like, 7 days a week. You make your own hours. You can work from any state in the US. Earnings are unlimited.
Difficulty of the work
-The script is only 2 sentences
-Phone calls will take roughly 3-6 minutes to book an appointment
-No rebuttals, haggling, or finessing necessary, the clients already know the value of our business they will say yes or no
-The questions the clients will ask you are very basic and just starting out it should not be overwhelming at all
-Overall the complexity is on par or even simpler than a customer service job
What we offer:
SUBSTANTIAL residual income.
10 accounts can easily generate a $30,000 salary through residuals, one phone call can land 5+ locations
50% commission on sales up to $1,000 per sale (Phone calls will take roughly 3-6 minutes and
You make your own hours with the ability to work 7 days a week.
You work from home.
Lump sum bonuses $500-$3,000
Override on commissions to receive up to double the normal rate, based on performance.
Goal is to get all reps to $1,000 week salary within 120 days for roughly 10-15 hours of work per week spread over all 7 days.
Long term goal is to get reps to $5,000+ per week through adding to your accounts, and them compounding much like a 401k would over time.

Once you have a portfolio of clients that we have closed from your appointments we will continue to pay your salary. As your book of business grows you can become more and more hands off, for example if your book of business is earning you $250,000 a year our relationship would be at the point where you could take 4-6 months off and we still pay you every week.
