This role is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing—including production, quality, safety, maintenance, logistics, and workforce management. The Plant Manager will drive operational excellence by meeting production goals, controlling costs, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily plant operations and lead department supervisors, production leads, and support staff. Ensure products meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, CI projects, and root cause analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Manage equipment maintenance, capital projects, and facility upgrades.
