Evaluate, problem solve, plan and organize daily production and preventative maintenance. Maintain safety and mining procedures at all times and comply with the regulations of all jurisdictional authorities (MSHA, OSHA, DOE, EPA, County, State, etc). Operate various types of heavy equipment such as front end loaders, backhoes, man-lifts, forklifts, cranes and other related equipment that may be necessary to safely and efficiently complete the job. Perform various tasks with basic hand, electric, pneumatic and computerized tools. Approve purchases of materials that may be necessary to complete assigned duties and tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ of supervisory experience in aggregate processing plants. Experience in 391 welding, cutting and basic fabrications. A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline 6) be a leader and be accountable. As a Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our vehicles.
