The day-to-day can include assisting customers in person and online, ringing up sales, stocking the sales floor, advising on product selections, and preparing online orders for pickup and shipping. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, customer care, and enthusiasm are key. As a Fulfillment Associate you manage back of house operations. Pulling and packing orders for shipping and for local delivery, receiving and backstocking daily deliveries, and maintaining an organized backroom and shipping station.
