We’re looking for a confident, coachable trainable sales closer with the instinct to connect, the skill to sell, and the desire to earn real income—fast. You’ll be speaking ONLY to business buyers at retail stores whose job it is to purchase, ( No Dinner time calls to homeowners) and if you know how to work a pitch and close, this is your platform to shine. We will train you.
💰$17/hour base pay – NOT a draw
💰 10% commission on all sales over $10,000/month
💰 Minimum sales goal: $5000 per week (One Order of $1000 a day) – reachable after 1st week of calling and building a pipeline.
💰 Weekly paycheck every Friday
💰 No weekends – Monday–Friday only
💰 Only On-site in Camarillo, CA (no remote)
What You’re Selling:
You’ll be offering OUR PATENTED unique, industrial-grade, construction-related hand tools used every day by Contractors, Plumbers, HVAC Techs, and DIY customers across the country right now to the companies that sell it to them. These are essential products—not gimmicks—and what makes them stand out is that they’re also custom logo imprinted with their company that sells them's name, address, and phone number on the products making them advertising products as well. That means every sale doubles as a marketing tool—our products move at the counter, at the register, and also make great giveaways at trade shows, customer thank-yous, and special promotions. You should be able to sell them easily since this is our best season Q4.
We’ve been doing this since 1989, and we already have over 25,000 loyal retail business customers.
You’ll be given access to many of these existing businesses to call and sell from our database. These will become your exclusive customers if you sell them, and you earn full commission on reorders for as long as you work here.
We are also approved "vendors" for major well know national chains across the country, as well as wholesale buying groups that supply thousands of retail hardware stores, home centers, and lumber yards and Plumbing/HVAC and Electrical stores too!. So you will have instant credibility when you call them.
And yes—there’s no cap on commissions. The more you sell, the more you earn.💵💲 In fact there are sales bonuses for producers.
