Job Description The order picker is responsible for quickly and efficiently filling customer orders in a manner that meets company standards for quality and productivity.  Responsible for the completeness and the accuracy of all orders.  In an effort, to provide the highest level of customer service, all warehouse associates will be cross trained to be proficient in shipping, package handling, stock put away and replenishment, other basic inventory control functions, and basic receiving functions.   Job Responsibilities Pick ordered items from correct bin locations using barcodes and item numbers Verify item and quantity ordered Place items picked into the appropriate shipping box or slotted tote Repack order boxes to the appropriate size when needed Perform regular shelf maintenance to ensure product quality Follow all best procedural practices throughout the picking process Order pickers must meet production standards during peak season Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Follow company policies as outlined in the employee handbook Maintain cleanliness of work area and stocked with necessary supplies   Requirements Operate an RF scanner In-depth knowledge of the warehouse layout Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes for long hours Schedule flexibility to accommodate seasonal overtime requirements, including weekend work Ability to work under pressure with strong motivation and a sense of urgency Must be able to handle stress that is involved in meeting deadlines due to tight scheduling Excellent dexterity and coordination Physical strength – Must be able to lift 30+ lbs frequently Physical stamina – Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods; Must be capable of twisting, stooping, squatting, bending, climbing, and reaching above shoulder level on a frequent basis Must be able to count accurately and perform simple math Must be able to shift priorities easily Must be positive and friendly with the ability to work in a team environment Effective communication with supervisors and team members Forklift experience beneficial Performs other duties as assigned or requested Applicants must successfully pass all pre-hire screenings, including background checks and drug tests. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the milling CNC operations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the activities of the 2nd shift milling CNC team. Ensure that all milling CNC machines are set up, operated, and maintained according to company standards. Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met. Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the milling process. Train and mentor team members on proper machine operation and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.   REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES: In-depth knowledge of CNC milling machines and operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining Experience in programming and setting up CNC mills is preferred. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to CNC milling operations. PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach during the duration of shift, 8-10 hours. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend. Frequently required to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated in the specific work area assigned. This position requires working night shifts.
