Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintaining the QMS (Quality Management System), managing Internal/External Audits, managing the Supplier Selection Process until new suppliers are introduced to our AVL, responsible for Customer Quality and Communication, maintenance of Quality Training Records, Quality Stamps Management, and AS9100 maintenance. This position is also responsible for ECO Quality Approval as required, and maintenance of Customer KPIs as required.  Duties and Responsibilities: Implement systems to ensure compliance with certification requirements and continuously improve our products and processes  Quality Communicate (OEM) focal Boeing and Airbus  Provide the necessary leadership/support to guide the internal Quality Management System (QMS) Audit team   Ensure the business remains compliant with ISO 9001, AS9100, customers, and new products  Understand and communicate standards and regulations supporting business decisions  Oversee the Corrective Action with customers  Requirements Core Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field  Strong understanding of AS9100 requirements and/or FAA/EASA regulations  Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication  Experience-Based Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive Quality and/or Regulatory experience within the Aerospace industry  3+ years of experience in a management role  Experience in writing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)  Ability to perform data collection and statistical analysis to drive decision-making  Prior exposure to the manufacturing of electronic components for Aerospace applications  Benefits The starting pay range for this position is $103,800 - $124,600 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. At Whiteline Express, you’ll keep our trucks and trailers running strong. You’ll handle diagnostics, maintenance, and full repairs on brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, diesel engines, electrical systems, and welding or fabrication work. You’ll remove, fix, reinstall, and adjust parts, inspect your work, and make sure everything meets safety rules and regulations. You’ll also lead the crew, assign tasks, check work, guide on tough repairs, and help train others. You’ll manage parts using TMT, handle after-hours repairs when needed, respond to service calls, and keep maintenance records up to date. You’ll open and close the shop and make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. We’re looking for someone with solid diesel mechanic experience (lead or supervisory experience is a plus), strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, and the ability to use diagnostic tools and repair software (TMT a bonus). You need a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willing to get one) and the flexibility to work varied hours, including after-hours calls. What You’ll be doing as a Diesel Mechanic: Supervise shift mechanics by assigning tasks, verifying completed work, and assisting with training and disciplinary actions as needed. Authorize and oversee after-hours repairs in alignment with company policies and procedures. Manage parts inventory using TMT, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts and supplies.
