JOB DESCRIPTION: C2 - New York, NY Overview: Highly skilled Technical Project Manager to be part of a Data Center Migration project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Release and Change Management, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications. This role requires working on weekends and weeknights to ensure seamless execution of migration activities. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage weekend data center migration activities, including creating and maintaining run books. • Coordinate communication and collaboration among various teams to ensure smooth execution of migration tasks. • Orchestrate the migration process, ensuring all activities are performed as planned. • Support the execution of migration activities without directly performing technical tasks. • Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution. • Maintain detailed documentation of migration activities and changes. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and related technologies. • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. • Hands-on experience with Release Management and Change Management. • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including Incident and Problem Management. • Excellent execution management skills, with the ability to oversee and ensure process adherence.

What We Offer: • Pay: $14-$23 per hour, depending on skills and experience. • Flexible Hours: Work 1-4 hour per week, either before the kiosk opens (9-10am M-Sa., 10-11am Su.) or after it closes (8-9pm M-Sa., 7-8p Su.). Force the breakdown of stories into substories, tasks, spikes, etc. •Help build the schedule for deliverables. (Development timeline, PMO would be ultimately responsible for the schedule). (Project is what we need to do, team should be focused on who needs to do what). •Strategically identify if the schedule requires more resources than the team currently has. Resource balancing. •Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements. •Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure appropriate project processes are followed. •Identify and resolve impediments that may slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones. •Work with team members on backlog and processes. •Understand and remove impediments to the scrum process. •Escalation of risk issues outside of the development group to other management levels. Take what is going on and identify issues to the right groups that can do something about it. 3 Years of related experience engineering field. Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Proficiency in scrum tools (e.g. JIRA) Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic project management knowledge and experience.
