General Description:  The Weld Tech I is an entry-level fabrication position responsible for fitting and welding metal parts together according to provided drawings.  They will work both independently and within a Team to accomplish given tasks and is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area within a fast-paced work environment. Essential Functions: Performs finish grinding of parts or welded assemblies using manual and power tools. Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together. Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding. Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. Replace old or defective fabrication consumables with new ones (MIG gun, plasma torch, etc.). Adapts to changes in the work environment; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Responsible for requesting tools, supplies, and fixtures needed for the work they perform. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned by the FM. May be required to work in other locations from time to time. Requirements Working knowledge of fixturing and weld setup parameters (volts, amps, etc.), for MIG (GMAW) on ferrous materials. Knowledge of wire and filler material applications for carbon steel. Proficient in the safe operation of a handheld plasma and oxy-acetylene torch. Ability to Weld with base material: Carbon Steel T-Joints experience Butt Joints experience Corner Joints experience Ability to lift up to 50lbs Minimum Required Education, Credentials, Licenses and Experience: High School Diploma, or equivalent GED, required 1+ Year in a fabrication environment, required GMAW Certificate (1G – 4G), required Forklift certified, Preferred (Training on-site available) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test consisting of a urine and hair follicle test. Must have an acceptable background test meeting company standard. The Graphic Production Specialist is responsible for producing, finishing, and preparing signage and graphics for trade shows, corporate events, and internal needs across Heritage’s branches. This position involves large/grand-format printing, laminating, mounting, trimming, and packing graphics for shipping while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency. Additionally, the Graphic Production Specialist serves as the Graphics Lead on show site as needed—overseeing onsite graphics installation, collaborating with foremen and account teams, and troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure brand consistency and project success. Reports to: National Graphic Production Manager   Key Responsibilities & Duties Primary Responsibilities Operate and maintain large-format roll-to-roll and flatbed printers (e.g., HP, Roland, Vutek), RIP software, and finishing equipment. Trim, laminate, mount, and package graphic materials for shipping while maintaining accuracy and production quality. Prepare digitally printed rolls and apply graphics to panels and substrates. Provide quality control at key stages of the production process, ensuring final output meets project specifications. Follow graphic proofs and schematics for fabrication, layout, and application. Execute file prep and review pre-flight details prior to production. Maintain accurate documentation and manifest panels and packages for shipping.
