This team is working to connect the world through the advancement of digital and sustainable infrastructure. The primary responsibility will be the administration of all aspects of the zoning & permitting process flow related to a variety of projects. You will assist the Land Use Planner and Project Manager by preparing and submitting jurisdiction applications to obtain necessary entitlements and construction permits. Strong communication skills are necessary to successfully work with multiple teams and jurisdictions to effectively hit project forecasts. A successful candidate will be able to manage internal and external databases and relay project updates to our clients. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team and gain valuable experience in the planning field, specializing in wireless telecommunication and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.  Essential activities: Obtain necessary zoning entitlements and construction permits for wireless telecommunication and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects. Manage internal and external databases to track project statuses Utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) maps and jurisdictional websites Analyze jurisdiction ordinances to support Land Use Planner on zoning regulations Manage zoning and permitting timelines related to permit applications Communication with the jurisdictions and internal/external teams Initiate daily FedEx, certified, and standard mailers and corresponding tracking reports scan, title, and upload document Additional Job Duties: Drafting photo simulations Client deployment calls Travel (10%) Key Characteristics to be Successful in this Role Strong oral and written communication Highly organized Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities Problem solving Ability to adjust to changing workload and priorities Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required  Experience: Hands-on proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. We are hiring a Seasonal Production Associate to support the jewelry production team to clean, engrave and transport finished jewelry pieces.  The seasonal associate will be expected to work with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.     Responsibilities:  Support the factory by cleaning finished jewelry pieces according to factory instructions and specifications.  Transport finished jewelry pieces to and from departments including QA, polishing, stone setting and repairs.  Help with collecting and distributing work throughout the factory and conveying information across teams as needed.  Engrave finished jewelry using the laser engraver for necessary engravings    Base pay $17.00 - $18.50 hourly. Identify opportunities to consolidate and share resources across projects to optimize costs. Logistics & Pre-Production Coordination Scout, negotiate, and secure filming locations. Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects running concurrently. Vendor, Cast & Crew Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, cast, and crew during pre-production. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Producer or Supervising Line Producer in film, television, or digital media productions, preferably in vertical shorts. Strong background in production budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills and experience in securing favorable vendor and location deals. Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with producers, vendors, cast, and crew. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems efficiently. Familiarity with wrap and post-production financial requirements. Preferred Skills Experience with union and non-union productions. Familiarity with production accounting software and reporting tools. Knowledge of industry-standard budgeting practices and cost-saving strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
