Responsibilities: Budgeting & Financial Management Partner with Producers to create, manage, and track detailed production budgets. Monitor expenditures, maintain organized documentation of all receipts and invoices. Prepare and present clear, comprehensive cost reports after production. Identify opportunities to consolidate and share resources across projects to optimize costs. Logistics & Pre-Production Coordination Scout, negotiate, and secure filming locations. Onboard, prepare, and support production teams during setup. Coordinate shared resources (locations, catering, equipment rentals, etc.) across projects. Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects running concurrently. Vendor, Cast & Crew Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, cast, and crew during pre-production. Work closely with Producers to arrange schedules, equipment, and staffing. Negotiate bundled deals with vendors across multiple projects to maximize efficiency. Production Oversight & Handover Ensure smooth and well-documented handover to the on-set production team (LP, UPM, PAs). Provide clear instructions and guidance to on-set teams. Remain available to handle emergencies or production challenges remotely. Wrap & Post-Production Oversee wrap procedures and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately. Manage and support the UPM, Production Designer, and Costume teams in finalizing cost reports. Ensure all reporting aligns with accounting standards and producer requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Producer or Supervising Line Producer in film, television, or digital media productions, preferably in vertical shorts. Strong background in production budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills and experience in securing favorable vendor and location deals. Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with producers, vendors, cast, and crew. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems efficiently. Familiarity with wrap and post-production financial requirements. Preferred Skills Experience with union and non-union productions. Familiarity with production accounting software and reporting tools. Knowledge of industry-standard budgeting practices and cost-saving strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment. Benefits This is a project-based contract position, with compensation ranging from USD 4,000 to 4,500 per project. We are hiring a Seasonal Production Associate to support the jewelry production team to clean, engrave and transport finished jewelry pieces.  The seasonal associate will be expected to work with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.     Responsibilities:  Support the factory by cleaning finished jewelry pieces according to factory instructions and specifications.  Transport finished jewelry pieces to and from departments including QA, polishing, stone setting and repairs.  Help with collecting and distributing work throughout the factory and conveying information across teams as needed.  Engrave finished jewelry using the laser engraver for necessary engravings    Base pay $17.00 - $18.50 hourly.
