We are hiring a Seasonal Production Associate to support the jewelry production team to clean, engrave and transport finished jewelry pieces.  The seasonal associate will be expected to work with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.     Responsibilities:  Support the factory by cleaning finished jewelry pieces according to factory instructions and specifications.  Transport finished jewelry pieces to and from departments including QA, polishing, stone setting and repairs.  Help with collecting and distributing work throughout the factory and conveying information across teams as needed.  Engrave finished jewelry using the laser engraver for necessary engravings    Base pay $17.00 - $18.50 hourly. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, R2NET will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Identify opportunities to consolidate and share resources across projects to optimize costs. Logistics & Pre-Production Coordination Scout, negotiate, and secure filming locations. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Producer or Supervising Line Producer in film, television, or digital media productions, preferably in vertical shorts. Strong background in production budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills and experience in securing favorable vendor and location deals. Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with producers, vendors, cast, and crew. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems efficiently. Familiarity with wrap and post-production financial requirements. Preferred Skills Experience with union and non-union productions. Familiarity with production accounting software and reporting tools. Knowledge of industry-standard budgeting practices and cost-saving strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
