Description of Responsibilities This position is responsible for contributing to the profit and growth of BCI Brands, through retail reporting, analyzing key performance trends, and strategically managing account profitability. The core functions entail working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams and our retail partners to manage the businesses effectively through concise metric reporting, data analysis and results tracking. Responsibilities: Manage weekly reporting and provide key business insights based on data analysis and selling trends Identify areas of risk and recommend actionable items to mitigate go forward liabilities Participate and provide recommendations on pricing strategies to maximize profitability Forecast and manage inventory levels on key replenishment programs to support sales targets and productivity goals Prepare hindsight reporting tools for cross functional partners to use for pre-market planning Partner with Buying and Merchandising teams to develop assortment strategies Requirements Minimum 4 years of prior planning experience Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar field required Background in fashion would be great, but not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of retail math and key performance metrics Proficient in Excel including knowledge of Pivot Tables, Vlookup/Hlookup/Xlookup, Sumifs/Countifs, Index-Match Experience working with ERP systems to support merchandising, inventory forecasting, and financial planning Results driven; strategic, conceptual and innovative thinker Excellent organizational and multi-talking skills adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy Strong oral and written communication skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. The annual salary range for this full-time position is dependent upon experience between $80,000-$130,000.
