We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends as well which you will need and want to attend with your students. Have a positive outlook – cup is always half full. Establish exceptional physical fitness/endurance levels to perform this role successfully. Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with students of all ages. Our busy team of 9 is looking for a Senior Floral Designer to join our creative hard-working team. What We’re Offering • $25–$28/hour to start (depending on experience & skill) • Minimum 30 hours/week (part-time to full-time potential) • 100% of tips go to employee’s monthly average of $400+ per employee • $1 added to hourly wage commuter bonus for employees commuting more than 15 miles from the shop • Health insurance for employees working 30+ hours/week • A supportive, creative team and a generous, flower-loving clientele What We’re Looking For • 3+ years floral design experience (retail & events) OR a Floristry degree from CCSF /equivalent program • Confident in designing arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, event installations • Calm, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced shop • Comfortable lifting 25 lbs and working on your feet • Mornings and Saturday’s availability a must Why Join Us?
