Repower Specialists is located 7 miles south of West Eugene (a 15-minute drive from the Fred Meyer on West 11th) Repower Specialists provides “EPA Certified” engine replacement products to customers across the United States and Canada. Learn more about us at www.repowerspecialists.com. We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This position is responsible for fulfilling engine and parts orders, supporting warehouse organization and helping to ensure operations run smoothly. It is imperative for the person in this position to have the ability to handle multiple functions at the same time, the desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic, team environment and experience working with power tools. Required Skills and Abilities: • High school diploma or equivalent education • Computer literate (IM, email, word-processing) • Power tool operation experience • Fabrication experience a plus • Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time • Positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic, team environment • Reliable transportation: Repower Specialists is located 7 miles south of West Eugene (a 15-minute drive from the Fred Meyer on West 11th) Duties and Responsibilities: • Fulfill engine and parts orders: o Use a build sheet to pick and pack orders o Seal, label and affix postage o Load packages onto delivery trucks • Support warehouse organization: o Receive and unload products o Promptly stock items in a logical manner o Maintain appropriate inventory levels o Communicate with management when product is overstocked or running low o Correctly mark paperwork o Keep the warehouse clean and free of hazards • Ensure operations run smoothly: o Run errands and complete miscellaneous tasks as requested o Change work pace as requested to match the needs of warehouse operations • Use Repower’s task management system and time clock o Adhere to Repower Specialists Ltd. Company Policies Physical Demands: • Performing physical activities, such as: lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials • Exposure to different environments, including manufacturing, welding, machining, etc. • Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds repetitively on a daily basis Equipment Used: Forklift, pallet jack, engine hoist, power tools, ladder, hand tools, phone, computer Work Environment: Standard, clean, indoor warehouse Safety Requirements: • Steel toe safety shoes • PPE including eyewear, gloves and mask when necessary • Use equipment in a safe and respectful manner • Report all accidents and incidents to management • Practice hazard communication and awareness • Report all hazards to management • Work in a safe and responsible manner To be considered for this opportunity, email a resume and cover letter with “Warehouse Specialist” in the subject line.
